Blacksmith Christmas – Advent in Steyr

A special highlight of the Christkindl Town of Steyr’s Christmas programme is the Blacksmith Christmas. From 10 am to 6 pm, more than 40 national and international blacksmiths demonstrate their craft in the historic town centre.
During these two days, nail, copper, horseshoe and metal smiths demonstrate their tradition-rich craft along the “blacksmithing path” in Steyr’s town centre. Sparks fly spectacularly from open fires!
